To achieve this, I help you to discover the events and associations with food that keep you heading for the kitchen and away from the fitness center. These events generally occurred much earlier in life...when you saw through a child’s eyes. Learning to interpret them from an older, wiser perspective causes a shift in your subconscious programming.  If you're suppressing feelings associated with unhappy events, it zaps your energy, often leaving you too tired to exercise.  

Then, with lots of encouragement from me, your subconscious is now ready to support you in raising your metabolic rate a few notches, reducing your calorie intake and increasing your physical activity to shed those extra pounds. Since I believe you should enjoy what you eat, I let you keep some of your goodies...just cut back a little. 

Note: If you are under a doctor’s care for excess weight, I require a medical referral to alert the doc and give him/her an opportunity for input.

How many sessions? It ranges from three to six sessions, if you've had a long-standing or weight problem or need to slim down several sizes.  If this is the case, I require a commitment of three sessions paid up front, or $350.   Subsequent sessions can be paid separately.

Now, if you’ve added only an extra 10 to 25 pounds within the last year or two, one or two sessions is enough.
