Since stress is a contributor to excess weight, I help you learn to deal with everyday stress in your life. And we check for foods that you may be sensitivie to, causing your body to retain weight. Then, with lots of encouragement from me, your subconscious is now ready to support you in raising your metabolic rate a few notches, reducing your calorie intake and increasing your physical activity to shed those extra pounds. Since I believe you should enjoy what you eat, I let you keep some of your goodies...just cut back. Note: If you are under a doctor’s care for excess weight, I require a medical referral to alert the doc and give him/her an opportunity for input. How many sessions? It ranges from three to six sessions, if you've had a long-standing or weight problem or need to slim down several sizes. If this is the case, I require a commitment of four sessions paid up front, or $495—a savings of $50. Subsequent sessions can be paid separately.
