Meet Judy McBride
In my teens, I wanted to do medical research. And I did...for a couple of years...as well as raise four sons and report on agricultural and nutrition research for more than a quarter century. But in the 1990s, I was still searching for answers...not to medical or agricultural questions...rather, how to feel happy, fulfilled and grounded. Serendipitously, I veered into hypnosis—the “science” of the unconscious mind.
I have learned, through my teachers and clients, that our deepest beliefs and perceptions control virtually all of our behavior, our emotions, our self-esteem and our motivation or lack of it...as well as many physical problems we think are medical issues. For example, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) can be eased but not cured by medical treatment, whereas it can often disappear in a few sessions with a skilled hypnotherapist.
My home office is located in Annapolis, Maryland, just one mile from Interstate 50, making it easily accessible to the Baltimore and Washington, DC, metropolitan areas. My clients come from Northern Virginia and Maryland’s Eastern Shore as well as Baltimore, Washington and Annapolis.
